What data we process
Only the data you give us in the forms or when you write to us: name, company, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry (for example, the material you need, the area you are interested in or the dates of a tour).
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry, prepare the quote you request and, if we reach an agreement, manage the business relationship. We do not use it to send you advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the Reglamento General de Protección de Datos [General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR]).
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry. If it becomes an order or contract, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial regulations).
Who else sees it
We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting (Netlify), the tool that receives the forms (n8n) and email (Google). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the RGPD (GDPR).
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@grupoibalex.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD) (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores a technical preference in your browser so that the hosting provider's badge is not displayed. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address in order to serve them.
