How we work: from your enquiry to your materials, in five steps

Write to us or call us, whichever suits you best: phone or WhatsApp on +34 613 36 08 81, email at info@grupoibalex.com or the form on the website. Nothing formal is needed: a list of references and quantities, a handwritten list or a photo of the materials you use is enough. Let us know where the order needs to be delivered, too. We are available every day from 8:00 to 18:00 (Spanish time), in Spanish, English and German.

You speak to a person, not an answering machine. And if you would rather we came to see you, David Ibañez, a partner in the company, visits customers at their own workshop or premises.

We review your enquiry: references, brands, sizes, quantities and delivery location. If anything is missing to prepare your quote properly, we will ask you.

We reply within 24 working hours, and in most cases the same day.

We prepare the quote for what you need: single units or full boxes, with no fixed minimum order. We check availability, which depends on the supplier's stock.

With prices, lead time and availability. No obligation: nothing is confirmed until you say so, and no surprises afterwards.

You confirm the order and we prepare it. We send it to the delivery location you gave us, anywhere in Spain or abroad.

The materials you confirmed, prepared and sent to the delivery location.

We send you the invoice for the order. And we are still here for whatever comes next: repeat orders, questions or any issue with the materials.
